He is especially inspired by the theoretical framework of the process-oriented paradigm for studying experience, building and verifying models, ﬁnding solutions and facilitating change.
He has completed internships at mental health institutions for people diagnosed with schizophrenia and for autistic youth. He is a graduate of the Intensive Course in Process Work in Portland, USA, and is certiﬁed to conduct psychotherapy and group work under the supervision of a licensed teacher of this method.
Mikołaj Czyż’s primary interests are researching the areas of moods, conﬂicts in relationships and life crises.
He is a student of Polish and foreign teachers, including: Joanna Dulińska, Michał Duda and Joe Goodbread, PhD.
He is a member of the PSPiTPP (Polish Association of Psychotherapists and Trainers of Process Oriented Psychology), and follows its ethical code. The association is incorporated in Polska Rada Psychoterapii (Polish Psychotherapy Chamber).

She has completed internship programs at two psychiatric hospitals in Warsaw, working with adults and adolescents. She is a member of the Polish Association of Process Oriented Psychology Psychotherapists and Coaches.
Agnieszka is experienced in working with people dealing with variuos diffculties and who long for a deeper connection to their own unique dreams and potential.
