How long are therapy sessions?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples sessions are 60 minutes.

Meetings are usually weekly at a regular time.
Sessions are available in English and Polish; online sessions are possible when needed.

Entrance: Staircase I, 3rd floor. There are a few steps up to the lift; the entrance is not fully step-free.

Confidentiality & Ethics

Confidentiality is part of the setting that makes therapy possible. Attendance and session content remain private, except where Polish law or professional ethics require otherwise. The work follows the code of ethics of the Polish Association of Psychotherapists and Process Psychology Practitioners and is supported by regular supervision.
