Sessions, Language & Format

Individual: 50 minutes. Couples: 60 minutes.
Sessions are usually held weekly at a consistent time. Exceptions discussed.
We work in English and Polish. Online sessions available.

Confidentiality & Ethics

Confidentiality is fundamental for psychological safety. Your identity, attendance, and session content are strictly private (exceptions limited to legal/ethical mandates).
We adhere to the Polish Association of Psychotherapists and Process Psychology Practitioners Code of Ethics, supported by regular clinical supervision for continuous professional development.
