Therapy Warsaw.

Sessions last 50 minutes for individuals and 60 minutes for couples and usually take place once a week, sometimes more often, sometimes less, depending on the given situation. The first meeting is a consultation, during which the therapists and client/s define the themes of any future work and its scope (an additional consultation, long or short-term therapy, couples therapy or referral to another specialist).

Scheduling an appointment

To schedule an appointment please contact one of our therapists by phone or email.

The center’s therapists regularly consult their practices with certified supervisors (highly experienced psychotherapists).

Both the content of the sessions and the fact that a client is in therapy are treated as confidential information. The only exceptions are situations in which there is a significant threat to the life or health of the client or third parties and other situations regulated by the law.
The content of therapy is discussed with supervisors, who are also bound by confidentiality. During supervision an effort is made not to share the clients’ personally identifiable information.

In their practice our therapists obey the Code of Ethics of the Polish Association of Process Oriented Psychology Psychotherapists and Coaches (PSPiTPP), an association they are members of. Within the Association there is an Ethics Committee and the Association itself belongs to the Polish Council of Psychotherapy (Polska Rada Psychoterapii).

Psychotherapy is based on openness and freedom.
