How long are therapy sessions?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples sessions are 60 minutes.

What is your confidentiality policy?

Confidentiality is fundamental. Your identity, attendance, and all session content are strictly private, with exceptions limited to legal or ethical mandates.

Practical Information

Work is available in English and Polish; online sessions are possible when needed.

Our practice: Śniadeckich 1/15, Apt. 12,
00-654 Warsaw (Śródmieście Południowe).

Entrance: Staircase I, 3rd floor. There is an elevator after a short set of steps.
All visits are by appointment only; use the Contact page to arrange a meeting.

Confidentiality & Ethics

Confidentiality is part of the setting that makes therapy possible. Attendance and session content remain private, except where Polish law or professional ethics require otherwise. The work follows the code of ethics of the Polish Association of Psychotherapists and Process Psychology Practitioners and is supported by regular supervision.
